What you deliver

  • Conduct telesales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels to introduce the company's products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, including sales volume, potential customers, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Service to improve service quality and support sales efforts.

Who you are

  • At least 2 years of telesales experience selling to business clients.
  • College or University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Understanding of the company's products/services.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Proficient in using computers and related software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM).
