💡What You Deliver:
Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment process: gather hiring needs, source candidates, and screen applicants
- Assist in posting job openings to attract both internal and external candidates
- Proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates to expand the company’s talent pool
HR Operations:
- Support the delivery of HR services to employees throughout their lifecycle with the company: onboarding/offboarding, learning & development, HRIS, HR office administration, etc.
- Create and monitor monthly timesheets, record overtime hours, and assist with payroll calculations for various departments
- Assist in explaining and guiding employees on HR policies
Employee Engagement:
- Support internal engagement activities, including preparation, setup, and execution of events
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
🌟Who You Are:
- Final-year university student
- Able to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum 6-month internship
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Good numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Open-minded with a positive attitude toward work and the workplace
