What You Will Deliver

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of products, and maintaining warehouse safety.
• Supervise and direct warehouse staff.
• Ensure efficient space utilization in the warehouse.
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels diligently, promptly reporting and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 5S and regulatory requirements.
• Manage fleet operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective usage.
• Oversee vendor management, including warehouse and part-time labor subcontractors.
• Collaborate intimately with various teams on an as-needed basis for special, one-off projects.

Who You Are

• Diploma Graduate or above in business, supply chain, logistics or with minimum 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Good command of Cantonese, Spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and MS Office.
• Good problem solving, communication skills, strong sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic in logistics, technology and e-commerce
• Shift duty is required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
