We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will report to the Head of Insurance and will work closely with the local business team to drive revenue growth and market share by navigating new sales leads in Hong Kong.                                         

What You Will Deliver

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients & insurers while managing daily inquiries and renewals.
• Efficiently prepare insurance quotations and manage the end-to-end policy renewal process.
• Compile and analyze sales reports to track performance and market trends.
• Assist with senior management requests and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Who You Are 

• Post-secondary education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in motor insurance. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Sales Executive role)
• Holder of IIQE Paper 1 & 2 or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in sales and business development. 
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office, and a collaborative team player.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
