We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Sales Operations Executive to support and enhance our Transportation (B2B) operations. The ideal candidate will oversee client coordination, order processing, and operational execution while ensuring service excellence and driving business growth through upselling and data-driven decision-making.

What you will deliver
  • Coordinate with B2B clients to receive and manage transport orders, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assign, track, and monitor orders using the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain strong and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and offering value-added logistics solutions.
  • Analyze operational and sales data to enhance efficiency, service performance, and profitability.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including order turnaround time, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Support teams with documentation, MIS preparation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of vehicle segments and transport categories to recommend the most suitable logistics solutions.
  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership in problem-solving, service recovery, and achieving business targets.
Who You Are
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Business Coordination, Transportation, or Logistics (B2B).
  • Strong client coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Good analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and MIS reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and identify business opportunities.
  • Educational Qualification: Any degree (Business or Management background preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM systems, and digital tools for reporting and tracking.
