Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily trip operations from pickup to delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Track vehicle movements and provide timely status updates.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
• Maintain trip records, operational reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.
• Follow up on trip delays, exceptions, and customer queries.
• Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
