We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to act as a bridge between accounting excellence and strategic business growth. This role is designed for a proactive professional who thrives on transforming manual processes into scalable, automated workflows and translating complex financial data into actionable commercial strategies.

What You Will Deliver

1. Financial Management and Control

• Partner with the Senior Manager to lead the month-end and year-end closing, ensuring high accuracy in the General Ledger and AR/AP functions.
• Enhance monthly financial reports by providing in-depth variance analysis to explain the reasons behind the numbers to senior leadership.

2. Process Transformation & Future-Proofing

• Actively identify the bottlenecks in the finance workflow, design and implement automated solutions to reduce manual intervention and enhance team scalability.
• Maintain and evolve a robust internal control environment that protects the company’s assets while remaining agile in a fast-paced business setting.

3. Leadership & Talent Multiplication

• Lead and develop a dedicated accounting team through active coaching, performance management, and clear career progression pathways.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes ownership, continuous learning, and high performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• HKICPA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• High proficiency in modern ERP systems (experience with automation/implementation is a plus) and advanced MS Excel.
• Native/Professional fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Understanding of HKFRS/IFRS and local statutory regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• A "solution-provider" mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure, agile environment.
• Less experience may be considered for the Assistant Finance Manager position.
