📦What you will deliver
- Handling customer requests: Receiving and processing requests from customers via phone, Zalo, Facebook, and other communication channels.
- Resolving complaints: Managing and addressing complaints from customers and drivers promptly and effectively.
- Order management: Processing, assigning, and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Administrative tasks: Performing administrative duties related to payment documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Other tasks related to operations and customer care as assigned by the management
🌟Who you are
- Degree holder or above
- With 1 years relevant working experience (preferably logistics and start-up company)
- Hardworking, eager to learn and progressive.
- Good command of Vietnamese, capable of controlling emotions in challenging circumstances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer and software knowledge
- Good problem solving, communication, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and well organized
- Enthusiastic in logistics, technology, and e-commerce industries
