📦What you will deliver

  • Handling customer requests: Receiving and processing requests from customers via phone, Zalo, Facebook, and other communication channels.
  • Resolving complaints: Managing and addressing complaints from customers and drivers promptly and effectively.
  • Order management: Processing, assigning, and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administrative tasks: Performing administrative duties related to payment documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Other tasks related to operations and customer care as assigned by the management

🌟Who you are

  • Degree holder or above
  • With 1 years relevant working experience (preferably logistics and start-up company)
  • Hardworking, eager to learn and progressive.
  • Good command of Vietnamese, capable of controlling emotions in challenging circumstances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer and software knowledge
  • Good problem solving, communication, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and well organized
  • Enthusiastic in logistics, technology, and e-commerce industries
