What you will deliver 

  • Solve customers’ concerns and complaints with a positive attitude
  • Reply to customers’ comments via email and other online platforms
  • Perform professional customer service and create a good experience for our customers
  • Facilitate Assistant Team Leaders and Team Leaders (for Senior Position)
  • Require Shift duty

Who you are 

  • HKCEE or HKDSE or above (Fresh Grad is also welcome)
  • One year experience in customer service & complaint handling are preferred 
  • Excellent work ethics, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn, with strong attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position  


Working Location & Hours

  • Kwun Tong
  • 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • 5-day work in between Monday and Sunday, 9 hours per day
