What you will deliver
- Solve customers’ concerns and complaints with a positive attitude
- Reply to customers’ comments via email and other online platforms
- Perform professional customer service and create a good experience for our customers
- Facilitate Assistant Team Leaders and Team Leaders (for Senior Position)
- Require Shift duty
Who you are
- HKCEE or HKDSE or above (Fresh Grad is also welcome)
- One year experience in customer service & complaint handling are preferred
- Excellent work ethics, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn, with strong attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position
Working Location & Hours
- Kwun Tong
- 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- 5-day work in between Monday and Sunday, 9 hours per day
