What You Deliver
- Develop plans to identify and approach potential customers (Garages, Transportation companies, etc.).
- Achieve assigned monthly or quarterly sales and profit targets.
- Provide in-depth product consultation and propose suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Negotiate and close contracts within the company’s pricing framework.
- Maintain after-sales customer care to encourage reorders and long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Accounting departments to process orders and support customers.
- Prepare regular business performance reports and conduct market analysis.
Who You Are
- Minimum 1 year of Sales experience; preference given to candidates with B2B, technical, or lubricant-related backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of lubricants/machinery, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in office software and CRM systems.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to work under sales pressure.
- Commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to grow with the company.
