Operations Executive

What You Will Deliver

• To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers.
• To be responsible for order taking, route planning and driver co-ordination.
• To be responsible for driver recruiting and training.
• Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database.
• To consolidate the order to maximize the use of trucks and vehicles.
• Assist manager to execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department.

Who You Are

• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Good command of Cantonese and English.
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing.
• Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel.
• Experience in the logistics industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry will be a plus.
• Having project experience will be a plus.
• Having a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus.
• Enthusiastic about logistics, e-commerce, project-based operations.

Working Hours
