 What You Will Deliver

• Promote and sell GoGoXEnergy products and services to customers (Corporate & Individual) and achieve business targets as assigned
• Make warm/cold calls to existing and potential customers
• Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound calls
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by Managers

Who You Are

• At least 2 years' call center experience or Telesales related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities
• Excellent telephone manner and handling skills
• Part-Time are also welcome

工作範圍 :

• 透過電話推銷油咭及車管業務推廣之產品及服務予企業和個人客户
• 協助團隊處理申請及跟進事宜，解答客戶查詢
• 提供專業的客户服務
• 根據客户的需求和喜好推銷合適的產品和服務
• 協助完成經理分配的任何任務

工作要求:

• 具最少2年電話推廣經驗, 曾於有關行業工作優先考慮
• 責任感、守時、積極主動、具備團隊合作精神
• 待人熱誠有禮，具備達標毅力、良好人際溝通及客戶服務技巧
• 懂基本電腦操作及中英文打字
• 需操流利廣東話及具備中英文書寫能力
