Driver Lifecycle Optimization: You will support the development of strategies and execute daily measures for the driver lifecycle—including acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation—to help maintain a steady and healthy driver supply.
Surcharge and Subsidy Implementation: You will assist in coordinating platform surcharges and subsidy mechanisms, ensuring they are executed effectively and in a timely manner to balance marketplace supply.
Driver App & Experience Enhancement: You will act as the go-to expert for the driver app journey. By regularly testing and experiencing the app firsthand, you will provide feedback to improve the visual flow and design, helping to deliver a seamless and intuitive experience for our drivers.
Operational Insights: You will monitor daily operational trends and analyze data to provide performance insights and helpful updates to the Senior Operations Manager.
Day-to-Day Operations: You will handle essential daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth, efficient marketplace operations.
Who You Are
2+ years of working experience, ideally within operations, platform-based businesses, or the logistics sector.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
Enjoy working with data to identify operational gaps, with a natural curiosity to dig into the details and find the root causes of issues.
A practical, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance daily deliverables against broader driver lifecycle goals.
A self-motivated team player who communicates clearly, takes responsibility for your tasks, and drives things forward.
Familiar with using AI tools or automating daily workflows to boost efficiency is a great plus.
