Audit incoming invoices from third-party logistics (3PL) providers and vendors against internal delivery logs and dispatch records.
Calculate and update driver earnings, bonuses, or reimbursements based on completed routes, fuel receipts, and performance metrics.
Identify and investigate "mismatches" between billed amounts and operational data (e.g., missed deliveries, extra stops, or waiting time).
Update the internal Transportation Management System (TMS) or operational database to ensure all trip data is ready for final approval by the Finance team.
Generate weekly reports on freight spend, driver efficiency, and vendor accuracy.
Perform any other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Diploma or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or fleet operations is highly preferred
Strong ability to spot errors in large datasets and complex spreadsheets
Proficient in Chinese and English typing
Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel and Google Sheet
Have a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus
Enthusiastic about logistics, e-commerce and project-based operations
Willing to work on the roster and shift basis
Ability to professionally resolve billing disputes with drivers and external vendors.
