What You Will Deliver

  • Manage and actively monitor and attending to leads from partner communication channels
  • Increase company revenue via hunting & searching for potential clients
  • Address inquiries & requests from customers & obtain clear understanding of business’ requirements
  • Assist Head of Department in preparing Quotation & Service Agreements
  • Build rapport & maintain strong relationships with our business customers as well as driver partners
  • Proactively identify issues & seek ideas for improvement from customers & relay accurate messages back to the Operations Team
  • Complete operational tasks in a timely manner & adhere to tight deadlines
  • Foster strong collaboration with Operations Team
  • Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor

Who you are

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business related disciplines
  • Preferably equipped with 1-2 years relevant experience in sales and related industries
  • Have a good understanding of the supply chain landscape, ecommerce logistics, warehousing and freight forwarding
  • Energetic and well-organized, hard-working with strong team work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite and MS office applications
