What You Will Deliver

  • Efficiently manage and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client requirements and resolve order-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive order records and track order statuses for clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue and enhance their experience.
  • Suggest additional requirements or services that align with clients' needs and preferences.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to successfully upsell our services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Actively participate in ad-hoc business development activities, including identifying potential clients and market segments.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies to expand our client base and revenue streams.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals as needed.


Who You Are 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet targets.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire for career growth
