What you deliver

Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing products.
Monitor and analyse sales data to understand performance trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
Train and motivate team members to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback, guidance, and training where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Who you are

At least 7 years of experience in a telesales leadership role, preferably in service industries
Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, techniques, and evaluation metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
