What You Will Deliver

• Lead seamless driver onboarding, training, and program walk-throughs
• Ownership of driver programs, tracking performance metrics and ensuring compliance with platform standards
• Build strong relationships with driver-partners to cultivate a loyal, active, and engaged driver community
• Assist with mobile station operations to support field activities
• Gain firsthand driver experience on the road to identify key operational enhancements and improve overall driver satisfaction
• Analyse data and generate relevant reports on regular basis to ensure work efficiency and quality
• Participate and assist in project planning and implementation to attract delivery partners
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Who You Are

• Holder of an Associate’s Degree or above with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); comfortable learning new software and tools
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for workflow automation or productivity is a huge advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to think out of the box and solve problems creatively
• Good command of Cantonese and spoken English, with standard Chinese and English typing skills
• A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and a positive mindset
• Holder of a valid HK Driving License (Class 1 & 2) is highly preferred
