💡What you will deliver
- Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment process: Gather recruitment needs, source potential candidates, and screen applications.
- Assist in posting job vacancies to attract internal and external candidates.
- Proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates to expand the talent pool.
- Operations:
- Assist in providing HR services to employees throughout their employment at the company: onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), HR office management, etc.
- Create and track monthly timesheets, record overtime hours, and calculate payroll for other departments.
- Assist in guiding and explaining HR policies to employees.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support the organization of internal activities, including preparation, setup, and execution of events.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
🌟Who you are
- Final-year university student.
- Able to work at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 6 months of internship.
- Good communication and social interaction skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Good calculation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Open-minded, with a positive attitude towards work and the office environment.
