We are looking for Customer / Logistics Coordinators to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and our customer service team, ensuring every order and trip is handled smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Deliver
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Introduce and explain company services clearly to customers
  • Help customers place delivery orders and ensure all details are accurately recorded
  • Arrange and coordinate trips, following through until successful completion
  • Communicate with Customer Service (CS) and customers to clarify instructions and requirements
  • Provide customers with clear guidance to ensure a seamless experience
Who You Are
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
  • Energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic about customer care
  • Ability to provide clear, structured instructions
  • Experience in customer service or logistics coordination is an advantage
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Flexible working hours – able to start from 7:00 AM
  • Willing to work on Sundays or public holidays when required
  • Average of 2 working days per week
